Erica is licensed to practice in a wide span of jurisdictions, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and multiple federal district courts across Oklahoma, Texas, and Colorado. She also has extensive experience practicing before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Dispute Resolution Forum, demonstrating her depth in financial and securities-related arbitration.

Erica has a strong track record in litigation, appellate advocacy, FINRA arbitration, employment law, family law, estate planning, and more. She is a Member Emeritus of the Tulsa Domestic Violence Intervention Services, has served on the Board of Directors for the Tulsa Community Foundation, and previously chaired the United Way De Tocqueville Society and has chaired the Cabinet's Attorney Division. Her pro bono work has focused on supporting vulnerable populations, especially in matters involving domestic violence.

Passion for Horses and Balance:

Outside the courtroom, Erica finds joy and renewal in her passion for breeding and showing Morgan horses. Through her business, Hello Morgans, LLC, she has earned multiple national accolades, including being the 2024 Breeder of World Champion, Hello Gorgeous, and the 2024 People’s Choice Morgan Horse Amateur of the Year. Erica’s academic background also includes a Master’s in Elementary Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, both from Vanderbilt University.
